Prolite Premium 1000W Halogen Tube Continuous Light
The Prolite Premium 1000W Halogen Tube is a high-power replacement/lighting tube designed for continuous-light setups used in photography and videography.
Each tube provides 1000W of halogen lighting, producing bright, steady and warm-toned illumination. The pack contains 5 Prolite halogen tubes, making it useful as a replacement stock for studios, photographers, videographers and event professionals.
The tubes are designed for use with Prolite Porta Light, Prolite B4 Light and other compatible halogen continuous-light fixtures.
💡 1000W High-Power Halogen Tube
Each tube is rated at 1000W, providing powerful continuous illumination for suitable halogen lighting equipment.
The high-power output makes these tubes suitable for:
- Photography
- Videography
- Short films
- YouTube videos
- Wedding video shoots
- Indoor shoots
- Event photography and videography
- Studio lighting setups
🔥 Warm Continuous Light
Halogen lighting produces a warm yellow-style light that can add a traditional warm appearance to photographs and videos.
The Prolite technical specification lists the colour temperature as 3400K. The product description on the same page also mentions 3600K, so for a precise WooCommerce specification, 3400K is the safer value to use because it appears under the technical specification.
📸 Designed for Photography & Videography

It can be used for:
- Portrait shoots
- Wedding videography
- YouTube content

🔌 Compatible with Prolite Lighting Systems
The manufacturer specifically mentions compatibility with Prolite Porta Light and Prolite B4 Light, along with other suitable halogen light models.
Important: Check the socket/base and wattage requirements of your existing light before installation. This is a replacement halogen tube, not a complete lighting fixture.
📦 Pack of 5
This product comes as a 5-piece pack, giving photographers and videographers multiple replacement tubes for their continuous lighting equipment.
The product listing specifies the package as:
5 × Premium Prolite 1000W Halogen Tubes
1 × Protective/storage plastic box
🛡️ Handle With Care
Halogen tubes become extremely hot during operation. Prolite recommends careful handling, allowing cooling time between uses and avoiding direct contact with the tube when operating or immediately after use.
Halogen tubes are also sensitive to voltage changes, so they should be used with suitable compatible lighting equipment and electrical supply.
