• We sell computer hardware, laptops, printer consumables, cameras and lenses, storage devices, CCTV cameras, and computer accessories, both online and through our physical store in Katni.
• All prices listed on tiptopgear.in are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display accurate product information, pricing, and stock availability. However, errors may occasionally occur. In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and will inform you before processing.
• Product images are for reference only; actual product packaging or minor design details may vary.

3. Order Placement and Acceptance

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once we accept it, typically via an order confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp message.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other reasonable grounds. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe communicated at checkout or via order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
• Please inspect your package upon delivery. Any visible damage should be reported to us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

6. No Returns, Refunds, or Replacements

• All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements on any product once the order has been delivered, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
• Please review product details, specifications, and images carefully before placing your order, and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to purchase.
• Products under manufacturer warranty (e.g., laptops, cameras, lenses, printers) will be directed to the respective brand’s authorized service center as per that manufacturer’s warranty terms — this is handled directly with the manufacturer/service center and not as a return to us.
• In the rare case a product arrives significantly damaged in transit or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.

7. Warranty

• Products sold on tiptopgear.in carry the standard manufacturer warranty applicable to that product/brand, unless stated otherwise.
• We are not responsible for warranty claims arising from misuse, unauthorized repair, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
